The Approach

The Executive Business Coaching Program takes place over 6 – 12 months. It begins with bi-weekly meetings and shifts to monthly meetings depending on progress.
Participants in the program should be selected based on their potential for management skills as well as for opportunities to improve their management performance. This is not a “coaching as a last resort” or progressive discipline program. An evaluation with the coaching candidates to confirm their commitment and coach-ability will be conducted during the first meeting.

Program Format & Flow

MONTH 1: ASSESSMENT PHASE

Using a variety of validated and reliable assessments, the coachee will gain insights about his impacts as well as about his thinking styles, natural behavioral traits, and where he might have to adapt to match his desired intent with impact that gets results and maintains strong relationships.

A 360-verbal assessment of 7-10 colleagues and employees

A DISC or Atman assessment

The Leader’s Dashboard assessment to clarify role specific goals

An emotional intelligence assessment to match behaviors to specific emotional intelligence competencie

MONTH 2 ONWARDS: COACHING, MEASURING & TRACKING RESULTS

We will implement a proven behavioral coaching process to enable the coachee to choose simple behaviors that will have maximum impact on their management style with others. This includes receiving monthly feedback, both subjective and quantitative, about how frequently others are observing new behaviors. Coaching sessions will focus on making new skills and behaviors habitual, while also preplanning upcoming meetings and interactions and preparing and role-playing for optimal results.

MID-PROGRAM REVIEW

A review will be conducted, as well as a second 360-degree verbal assessment at the mid-program mark to gain insights about progress and any corrections that are needed in the coaching plan.
